UPDATE: It is online in the Mediathek.
Apparently, the documentary for which a German television team visited the institute last week will be aired tomorrow it now seems to be scheduled for Friday 23rd evening on “3Sat” in a “Nano” show at 6:30 pm. Unfortunetely it is in German, of course, but it will be available online after the show. I will post a link once it is online.

On my way to the office today my professor informed me that we will have a discussion in about one hour with some colleagues. I was a bit suspicious about this because of the short notice and the fact that out research fields do not have too much in common. Then I heard on the grapevine that there is a TV team from a science program (3sat / ZDF Nano) around, who need either some background sound or video material (my sources are not conclusive on this part). Hmmm … had I known this I would have dressed better.
This reminds me of a series of PhD comics I saw some time ago. Maybe I should look around to get some lab coat and thick glasses.
Update: That was fast. They just needed some scientists pretending to discuss, taking several shots in about five minutes. No Sound, and we did not have to wear lab coats.
